Why is this a survival recipe?
This cookie has a rich, creamy peanut butter flavor and is perfect with tea. You only need four ingredients that you always have in your kitchen anyway, which means you always have cookies ready to be devoured.
If you have a Gluten Allergy, make sure all of your products and brands are gluten free.
- 1 cup of Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup of Granulated Sugar
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- Optional: Dark Chocolate Chips
Step one: Preheat your oven to 350; mix together the peanut butter and the sugar until combined.
Step two: Mix in your egg and the baking powder until fully combined
Step three: Roll your cookie dough into 2 in balls [1 tsp each] and place them on a sprayed cookie sheet two inches apart
Step four: Bake for 16-19 minutes
Step five: Cool on a rack for 30 minutes.
