Why is this a survival recipe?
I always have frozen fruit, and I always have yogurt, and one summer night I decided to put them together and place them in the freezer.
What resulted was lovely individual fruit and yogurt pops that I could store for about a week in my freezer and eat whenever I wanted. This is a delicious snack and it tastes just like ice cream without having to buy a whole pint of it.
